a few weeks ago i was fortunate enough to go on what turned out to be one of the best road trips with my awesome wife ever. I am soo lucky my wife was raised by an active outdoorsy family that played a lot..the result, a wife that knows how to do just about everything outdoors. it started off with the wind rivers, fly fishing, then to Utah where we had dinner sitting next to James Franco in salt lake city, then onto Sun Valley fly fishing and seeing Bald Eagles flying over head, catching a boat across Red fish lake to hike some awesome trails, then thru the Sawtooth Scenic By way then to Red Lodge Montana and had lunch at this awesome restaurant at Hopes Bistro on the north east end of town a killer turkey sandwich, mac and cheese and then carrot cake with ice cream. Then onto the Beartooth mountains 11,000 feet high. I went for a hike and could barely breathe. We finally ended up back home early this week.
Awesome food, great atmosphere and great service. The food was amazing and everything was made fresh. The owner runs the local farmers market so she gets everything fresh
