I woke up this morning kinda grouchy, not my typical self..
I got to work and found myself feeling the same...
I knew what i had to do, i cut out, went to anytime fitness here in brigham city, lifted weights for an hour..
I got back to work and I was in such a better mood...
I tell my patients over and over again, exercise is medicine...
instead of popping pills, get your butt off your couch, put down the donut and EXERCISE, you'll be amazed how good you feel.
